sunday night, my truck was shuttering and the check engine light was on. My gf said i needed new spark plugs and wires, because the same thing happened to her car and she replaced those and now its fine. Well i had them replaced on wendsday (4/4) and the check engine light is still on and it only shutters when i first start moving and after that its fine. I took it to autozone and they hooked up the computer thing and said cylinder 2 is misfiring and after 20 cycles (w/e that means) it should be fine, i checked the air filter its clean, i check my oil its clean and still pretty full (been 2 months since last change), radiator coolant is fine, a little dirty but not horrible. I have no idea what i should do, i really dont want to go spend money on getting it checked out for it being nothing, any ideas? thanks and advance for help

Could be bad coil, could be bad injector. I would bet on the coil but a tech can do some testing to find out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
