Hello!
96 mustang 3.8.
This felt like it happened overnight...
A little rough idle at start and giving codes of no 3 cyl misfire and bank 1 and 2 lean... However the plug sparks and a replacement MAF didn't help. Once it runs for 1 minute it seems totally fine. Any ideas?
Thank you all!!!

Look for a vacuum leak. Listen for a hissing noise and try to follow it to it's source. That car is notorious for sucking holes in the rubber vacuum connectors at the manifold, usually connected to the PCV or other large vacuum supply line.

I'm not really a mustang guy. But i did just have this same problem with my eclipse. It was my idle air control valve, and my intake gaskets. I replaced them and it idles perfectly.
