Ford Probe TBS Sensor

Hey guys, I'm trying to buy my first car, and I found a cheap 1993 Ford Probe, 144k Miles, Manual Transmission. I was planning on getting it, but it needs a new TBS Sensor. I can buy the sensor, but I am wondering if anyone can give me an idea of how extensive it would be to install it myself? I can't afford to get it installed at a shop, and yet I have no mechanical repair experience. So if anyone knows of any guides that might help, or can give me an idea of what kind of mess I'd be getting myself into, I'd appreciate it. Thanks Much EDIT: Sorry if this got posted in the wrong section

The forum you posted in is fine. But I am having trouble with the TBS sensor. Are you sure it is not the TPS sensor? Is there a trouble code?? If so, please post the exact code number. But to answer your question, if it is the TPS, yes it is easily replace3d. Go here and enter information for free repair manuals. Let us know. Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
