What and what does the shield for the distributor for a 96 Jetta look like. Every time it rains this car will not start. Thanks

VW dealership said that there was a shield that protected the distributor and wires from getting wet and it was missing. I tried to look this up at other places, but could not find anything. My local mechanic, sprayed some silicone sealent and it worked ok in the rain for about a month then i guess it wore off.

its a 4 cyl. gas, it is the lower end jetta
