Hello,
I have a 94' Buick Lesabre Custom automatic. It has around 150k miles.
It has been running at a high RPM, I would guess high 2k or low 3k. I couldn't tell you exactly because I don't have an RPM gauge. Its leaking antifreeze/coolant near where the ignition control is or take place. I checked around the engine area and this spot is the only place it leaking from. I posted and youtube video of it leaking, maybe this would help clear things up.

Also,
I don't know if this is relevant to this issue. But my air vents stopped working a while back, maybe a month ago. The only air vents that I could get hot air threw were the top vent by the windshield and the vent at the bottom that blows toward my feet.

I think you’ll likely find that the plastic upper intake manifold and its gasketing have become deformed due to the heat of the EGR system. When this happens it will cause a coolant & vacuum leak.
A large enough vacuum leak, will cause the high rpm and also could affect the heaters air distribution function. The heater uses vacuum motors to actuate the doors; no or low vacuum the doors don’t move..
If this is the case you’ll need to replace the manifold.

Eh.....
My car is done for? :( If the all those parts will have to be taken off (where the dripping is coming from) it will cost more than what the car is worth. Please excuse my french !@#!@#!@# @#$%$!!!! ... $%@! !@@#!@#$!

I'm only going by that short video and your description of the issue; so don't condemn the car on that. To be sure; take the car into a garage and have it properly diagnosed.

So I guess I shouldn't have smashed it with a sledge hammer!? 
Of course I will have it looked at. But this just had to happen exactly on the same day the company I work for tells me it is closing for good in 3 days! Thank you for your help and suggestions DanD. Your effort is much appreciated.
