I have oil in my radiator. Does anyone know what causes this and what can I do to fix it?

You didn't mention a type of vehicle but that is usually ATF from cooling lines from transmission using radiator for cooling trans fluid. ATF and engine oil will look about the same in the situation but ATF is faster at messing up the rubber parts of the cooling system. Check fluids for what is low and fix that (if radiator needs a new one) asap,

To add:

Some vehicles radiators have an engine oil cooler as well.
