Hey guys, I was coming back from the mall when I realized some lovely fellow decided it would be a great I dead to destroy my bumper, probably reversing out of his spot. Hes gone, and now theres no evidence, so I'm stuck replacing it. I drive an 1993 oldsmobile cutlass ciera v6 SL, and I'm trying to order the parts online, however I'm having trouble identifying what I need. Thanks to my talent in art I was able to whip up this diagram for y'all to see the damage. removed live link The circled section is the damaged section, one of the lights survived, and the other is K/O. The grill ofcourse needs to be replaced, as it is non-existant. Finally the part that I'm having trouble finding is the actual part that holds the lights, and grill in place. If you look in the picture you can see that there is a line seperating it from the actual bumper, so I do beleive it is a seperate piece. If someone could help identify what that piece is called it would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like a complete headlight assembly and a grill. The housing around those, if damaged would be the header. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

If the area that the headlamp assy mounts to is damaged then you need a core support . You will have to strip down the front end to change it . Ht is also correct ,some OLDER mechanics csll it a header. * * * * LIFE'S SHORT GO FISH

I wasn't referring to the radiator support. I was referring to the body panel ahead of the hood and around the lights.

This gets me. Long time ago I had parked my truck and was getting out. The wind caught the door and it put a crease in the car next to me. I left a note on the car with my phone number. I did pay for that person's repair. Some people have no morals and if the person that did this is reading this thread, "YOU SUCK!!" Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
