Subframe bushings/connections Sign In

2000 chrysler LHS
Bushing betweeen the Subframe and frame decayed.
Need to replace that bushing but bolt sleeve is in the way, how do I get it out?
Do I pound up on the sleeve (from the ground up as I am laying down?
Or, do I place a bolck in between the fram and subframe and let the frame down to push it through.
Any help?

You can pretty much pound on rubber until your arm falls off and not make any progress at all. It likely needs to be pressed out.
