Hello! My tire blew on my dads Ford truck 1994 supercab. That's all I know but I can take a pictures if needed. Basically I just need to know what kind of tires I need to buy to replace the blown ones. Thanks for all your help! I really appreciate it! Mel

All the info you need is printed on the side of the tire. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

That really depends on what the truck is used for........Just an everyday runner, hauling, off road???...... There is a variety of tires for different applications... If you are just going to get 2 then definitely do what HT said and match up with what is on the truck so you don't get different sized tires... Also there may be a sticker in the door jam with the stock tire size with optional tires sizes and pressures for that truck....

Does this make sense? 33x 9.50 R15LT 1130 M+S So, in looking for the new tires, would I just hand them this information? I also use it just as an everyday runner, to and from work that's about it. I was hoping to find used tires, but that might be hard considering I really don't know what I'm looking for. Thanks for all your help and patience! This must be a really dumb question, haha. I could tell you all the parts of the brain and what tissues are where in the body, but I couldn't tell you anything about a car. THANKS!

Yea, those are pretty big truck tires. The m+s is mud & snow...... If you aren't going with 4 then you are going to want to get the same size. If you check the door jam it should tell you the stock size it had & optional sizes as well. The LT is a truck tire and something that big you should stick with LTs no P series even though some places may want to put you in some just to get a sale. That size may be hard to find used. Those are expensive & guys tend to get everything out of them... If you do go the used route anything over 6 years old is too old.....Some shop won't even install old tires due to liability issues. Just check the DOT# on the tire, the last block of 4 numbers is the week & year...... an 2605 would be the 26th week of 05 and too old to use....Don't get fooled by tread, it doesn't matter if it "looks" like an new tire, if it's old you don't want it....
