It won't start. Checked battery..good. Tested alternator and starter at Auto Zone and they both passed. Replaced pos and neg battery cables. Amp meter on dash continues to read 9-10 amps not the usual 12- 14. How are you testing the battery? Remember that the starter takes a lot more current than the lights and other accessories. Have the battery load tested. Sounds to me like the battery is getting weak. If battery is indeed good, check for a blown a fusible link.
