anyone know how much it is to get an alternator replaced on a 2002 Kia Sedona Van? Or how much I should expect to pay?

The price can be all over the board depending on the quality of the parts used. They can vary greatly from the junk some of the discount parts houses sell up to the quality units sold at reputable places.

Re: alternator Sign In

Prices for parts, labor, and materials, vary from state to state, town to town and in some cases zip code to zip code within the same county or state. Post the state, county and town you live in and we’ll try to post a ballpark price for you. Also tell us why you think the problem is the alternator? Frequently in auto mechanics and auto repair a problem is misdiagnosed. This leaves the consumer (you) paying for parts, labor, and materials that didn’t need changing in the first place.
