car chugs at idle Sign In

I have a 2006 ford crown vic. after disconnecting the battery terminal for a day, car chug a bit at idle which I didn't have that before. Is it possible the computer has to re-learn? any ideas, it feels like a cylinder is cutting out or weak. Thanks

It is highly possible that the PCM needs relearned. Drive it as you normally would for a few miles and see if it helps.
