The problem appeared as a result of me trying to fix an exhaust rattle (the spring on those two bolts). I used a angle grinder to shorten a bolt. I guess the heat and vibrations of the cutting were enough to make the pipe come apart.

I'm looking for a quick fix. The heat shield is long gone, probably rusted away. I haven't dared starting the car yet. I plan on having it towed to the garage tomorrow morning. If I can safely drive it to my garage, please let me know. Also keep in mind towing is free compared to a ticket for visible exhaust smoke.

It looks like the ears for that pipe are either cut off or rotted away. The pipe is shot now and the only fix is a new pipe. You can drive it but it's going to be very noisy. Make sure the pipe is supported so it can't fall and hit the road.

I have gotten some advice from a friend to use a split flange to just bandaid it. Pretty much bring it back to what it was supposed to be. The original half of the flange system was long gone and it only held due the glue (rust). I'm going to try fixing this myself because if I go for a new pipe, it's an exhaust manifold and most likely everything that it touches that I will have to replace since it's heavily rusted. I'll hold everything together with this new flange and take my time to shop for the right parts.
