I have a 2004 nissan pathfinder, v6 3.5l, 45k miles, The car starts up and throttle good, but after it warms up (about 5mins), It dies when i throttle it, but it always starts up fine and stays on when idle, but no throttle. I did some work on it earlier where I took off the plenum and put it back together, but some reason i got this problem now. There is no engine codes that shows up, I did fork over 200 to replace to mass airflow sensor, but that didn't help ( I am not hundred percent if I didn't damage the wiring harness terminal pulling it out, but I would think it should work at all) Let me know if you need more info.

If this instantly began when you took off plenum for whatever reason then go back to your work and check it, T

I check everything, took off the plenum off again and check gaskets and all the connections. Although there seems to be oil residue on the gasket, not sure if that is normal.

45K and no codes with this problem?! The oil evidence may or may not be a clue. Back to basics - check intake manifold actual vacuum at idle, fuel pressure to spec and holds. Perhaps a better code reader would help or if still nothing my guess is you have a grace period for warm up as this is quick then this which happened before and after the work. If no codes it seems to get credible but wrong info to computer and not delivering fuel properly for throttle position which might be observed watching fuel pressure? T
